• Payment Information: When you make a one-time purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the necessary payment information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized data about website traffic. This anonymized data helps us understand traffic patterns, improve our service, and protect the platform from malicious activity. This data contains no personal information.

Your information is used solely to:

• Operate and maintain the Relative Recall service.
• Process your one-time payment.
• Allow you to create, manage, and share memorials.
• Communicate with you and provide customer support.

• Access and Update: You can review and update your memorial content at any time through your dashboard.
• Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated memorials by contacting us.

Your memorial content is kept for the lifetime of the service to ensure the legacy you create is lasting. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently delete all your personal and memorial data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, retaining only what is strictly necessary for legal or accounting purposes.
